Is the migration really free?
Yes. There’s no charge, whichever plan you choose. We’d rather you spend your first weeks sending than moving.
What we move for you.
Contacts and custom fields. Every contact comes over with the fields you’ve been keeping.
Lists. Static lists come over as they are.
Unsubscribes and suppressions. People who opted out stay opted out.
Segments. These become dynamic segments that update themselves as contacts change.
Automations. We rebuild these as sequences, which follow up based on what people did.
Templates. These are rebuilt in HTML or MJML so they render the same way.
Forms and integrations. Signup forms and connections to your site and other tools are reconnected to RadarSend.
Historical reports. Past opens and clicks stay in your old platform, so export anything you want to keep before you close the account.
Features specific to another tool. If something doesn’t have a direct match, we’ll talk through the closest option in RadarSend.
What changes about your sending.
If you already have a sending service.
Sendy, Listmonk, Mautic, or your own tools sending through SES, SendGrid or another sending service. Nothing changes. Same sending account, same domains, same reputation. RadarSend connects to the account you already have.
If your platform has been sending for you.
A sending service is the service that delivers your email, such as Amazon SES, SendGrid, or Mailgun. The big-name platforms include one in their price. RadarSend sends through an account you own, so you pay your sending service’s rate with no markup from us.
You set up that account once, and we’ll set it up with you as part of the move.

Will my deliverability change?
If you keep the same sending account and domain, your sending reputation stays with you. If you’re setting up a new sending service or domain, we’ll plan a gradual ramp-up with you.
